I <3 Gog! They have brought back so many of the games I remember from my childhood. And as an old school gamer, I have a special place in my heart for adventure games.
Telltale has brought the wit and humor and puzzle solving of the classic adventure game to a new generation. I personally own 25% of the games on the list of games on sale this weekend.
The Sam and Max games are all great, both Tales of Monkey Island and Back to the Future are great continuations of those universes. Those 5 series will cost you less than $16.00, which would be admission for two to a movie and you will probably get at least 50 hours of gameplay out of that group.
