There is a warning on TopCashBack that: Transactions must only contain one 12-roll pack of Cottonelle Ultra Comfort Care toilet paper priced at $6.99 to ensure $8 cashback is credited to TopCashback accounts. If another item is purchased or additional items are purchased at the same time, the cashback amount awarded will be 7% or less (depending on the item(s) purchased) instead of $8.

There is a limit of 1 per TopCashBack account, but your significant other can do this as well.  The money should be available for withdraw within 30-90 days.
