Super Doubles at Kmart Running 7/6 to 7/12! (Including Free/Moneymaker Deals for 7/6 & 7/7)

I've seen less coverage on Kmart Super Doubles in the couponing blogosphere than I have a lot of other deals, but I will toss out the basic and look to you guys for a little help here.  A couple of factors making things more difficult is we don't have a Super K here in the Triangle which definitely limits the items you can get in the grocery deals available and the prices on such things seem to be very regional.  Also their Tuesday to Monday flier seem to have more things in it than their Sun to Sat flier, so there may be a new list come Tuesday.

• Here in the Triangle, they are advertising no minimum purchase, although I have heard rumors that this may be different in other areas, so check your local ad in your newspaper or to make sure.
