I'm hearing multiple reports about a coupon in the 8/24 Target weekly ad. It is apparently either spend $50.00 on groceries and get $10.00 off or spend $50.00 on groceries and get a $10.00 gift card. Either way it is a good deal, with an instant 20% off/back, not counting other coupons.
That said, I'm hoping it is the $10.00 off version, because Mom of the Deal got a $6.00/$50.00 in groceries at Lowes Foods last night and I'm hoping they will let us stack them.
From the Lowe's Food coupon policy:
We gladly accept local supermarket or supercenter competitor’s circular coupons or direct mail coupons for dollars off the entire order. (examples include Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Bi-Lo, Kroger, Super Target, Super K-Mart, Wal-mart)
Purchase requirements must be met.
The gray area is this statement:
We will not accept any competitor coupons for specific items. For example, we will not accept a competitor’s coupon for $1.00 off of an individual item.
Granted, I think the word "specific" and that they say "Purchase requirements must be met." will allow it, but we shall see, I will let you know how it goes, if we find deals worth doing this with.
If you see any Freebies or Moneymakers or Great Deals I missed, please let me know.
